Why do women become depressed?

Life's ups and downs create stress. We show you the way to live a tension free life...
Maria and David have been married for 3 years. Both husband and wife are employed. Both have to go out of the city for work from the office. So far, everything was going well, but over the past few months, Maria started suffering from fatigue, restlessness and insomnia. After showing it to the doctor, it was realized that Maria was living under stress. Husband and wife used to live apart for a long time due to work. As long as her husband was with her, everything was fine. But when she was alone at home, she found it difficult to balance work and household chores. Even so, Maria felt that now she should take care of her house, raise her family, but her husband wanted to wait for some more time and because of this, Maria was stressed.
Causes of stress * Today's day and night rush, worry of going to and from office, raising children, worrying about their studies, family expenses etc. There are some reasons, which affect women more than men. Apart from this, hormonal imbalance (before menstruation and during menopause) and seasonal changes can also cause depression in a woman. * From the time of pregnancy, women start facing the worry of having a boy or a girl. People in the family constantly threaten her with a son. This increases her stress. In fact, it is a scientific fact that a woman cannot be held responsible for whether the child is a boy or a girl. But still in our society not only uneducated but also educated people blame the mother if a girl child is born. * In fact, stress starts from the birth of a girl child and increases as she ages.
* Even educated girls are under stress due to not getting job of their choice despite good education, not getting promotion on time if they get a job, failure to coordinate work outside the home. * Psychological research has revealed that women become frustrated and stressed very quickly if they fail in a competition. * Anxiety, stress and pressure also cause stress. This is not a disease. Not being able to adapt to the situation, lack of support from family, friends and family, hormonal imbalance during menopause can all cause stress in women's lives. Alcohol or some other addiction, not getting proper treatment of your illness are also causes of stress. Often this situation occurs in women even after retirement. symptoms A person suffering from memory loss, feeling nauseous, difficulty in breathing, loss of appetite, loss of physical ability, lack of concentration in work, headache, profuse sweating, dry throat, frequent urination etc. The burden on them begins to be understood. They try hard but cannot get to the root of the problem and then they lose their faith and are drawn further and further into despair.
How to relieve stress * There are many occasions in our life when we have to struggle with disappointment. The essence of life is that we should face the problems we face with both hands and keep moving forward with enthusiasm to reach our goals. Work in such a way that you get rest before you get tired. Looking sad or tired can make a person feel stressed or guilty. * Lack of good sleep causes a lot of damage. Listening to music is beneficial for deep sleep. Reading before sleeping is also a good habit. * Excessive amount leads to inferiority complex. Keep your thoughts positive. Don't worry about what you don't have or what you don't have. Be happy with what you have. * Paying attention to your diet is also very important. Consuming fruits and vegetables boosts the immune system. During menopause, the amount of calcium in the body of women starts to decrease. This increases the risk of osteoporosis. So don't forget to include calcium and vitamin D in your diet. Make it a habit to exercise every day. (Satish Patki)
