Hernias are painful when they become unbearable

Why treating hernia in time is important for your health, know for sure...
Hernia disease is spreading widely due to changing routine, environment, eating habits etc. Common symptoms of hernia are when a part of the body bulges out, beyond tolerance, and sometimes suddenly feels very painful. It becomes more serious if not treated on time. Therefore, if you are experiencing such symptoms in yourself, go to the doctor immediately, so that the situation does not become serious. What is a hernia ? A hernia generally occurs when the muscular wall called the peritoneum weakens. This causes the inside of the stomach to look like it's sticking up instead of where it should be. This condition is called a hernia. How many types of hernia are there ? Femoral Hernia: This hernia occurs in women in general and especially in pregnant and obese women. This happens when the intestines enter the ducts that lead to the thigh above the arteries. Essential Hernia: The muscles are overstretched due to excessive pressure on the abdominal surgery area. This brings that part up. Umbilical Hernia: In this, the weakest muscles in the stomach protrude through the navel or belly button. This hernia usually occurs in obese women as well as women who have given birth to many children as their muscles become weak due to continuous surgeries. Inguinal Hernia: In an inguinal hernia, the bowel protrudes from the abdomen or the area between the abdomen and the thigh into the inguinal canal. A weakness in that area causes this type of hernia. Why hernia occurs mostly in women: Abdominal hernias are very common in women. Because the internal abdominal muscles are stretched during pregnancy. Hernias are most likely to occur at the site of surgery because that area is the most stretched.
Reducible hernia: In this the tumor disappears after lying down. But she is seen while coughing and sneezing. If the tumor size is not too large, it can be controlled or reduced. Iriducible Hernia: Tumor appears in any position. Obstruction Hernia: When the intestine ruptures due to pressure on the intestines, it is called obstruction hernia. How is the treatment ? If the condition is under control then medication is done, but if the hernia is large in size and very painful then surgery is advised. Surgery is done in two ways laparoscopic and open surgery. Laparoscopic surgery involves making small incisions with the help of a small camera and miniature surgical instruments to repair the hernia. In open surgery, a large incision is made, which takes a long time to heal. For 1-2 weeks, it becomes difficult for the patient to walk. What things will you pay attention to ? * Take medicines on time for quick recovery. * Take a bath only after the doctor's advice after the surgery. * After 5-6 days after surgery, walk a little, so that the blood does not pool in the legs and the blood flow improves. * Do not lift heavy objects. * Do regular checkups. * Drink plenty of water along with nutritious food.
